Used this company previously for BA i would like to have more surgery with transform. I had a phone consultation but was never given the information i was told i would get. Spoke to Jasmine on online chat over the space of 3 hours and she just read my messages and didn't reply so now i am not filled with confidence in case communication is needed after surgery or complications. Such a shame because i had a very good experience first time

Please do not have your surgery here, i had a gastric band 6 years ago and paid almost £5k i had complications straight away, they wanted to discharge me without listening to the pain i was in for me to then just end up in A&E, this resulted in me needing 3 surgeries. I had found out my gastric band had slipped and it was in a dangerous position.The standards of the hospital and service are very poor, everything you would expect from a UK private hospital, this place is the opposite. They don't want to know you after you've paid. The price to remove the band is around £6k to £8k! and to convert to a sleeve its £16k. I'm mortified, not only are you left with life long health problems, you have to also pay to remove them or they'll send you to NHS even though you've have paid for a private treatment. I've had my gastric band tightened, ended up in A&E and almost lost my life after i was vomiting blood and almost going in to coma; i could not even tolerate water. Its crazy that you hear all these horror stories on surgery abroad, yet you never hear about these companies. I thankfully managed to go out to turkey with a specialist surgeon, fraction of the price to get my band removed and revision to a gastric sleeve, the experience i had with them from start to finish was life changing, if you're looking at bariatric surgery abroad and looking for a surgeon, view my reviews.

What a positive experience from start to finish. I feel very lucky to have had such a skilled, competent team around me throughout. My surgeon was Mr Clarke and he was perfectly matched to my requirements and my results speak for themselves. I cannot thank the transform team Nottingham and Manchester/The pines enough. I would highly recommend this company for a breast reduction/lift, time and time again.

I've visited this clinic twice before, but today was the first time meeting clinic manager Samantha, and her team. They're all so friendly and welcoming, I feel like I'd be in safe hands with them. If you ever get the pleasure of meeting Samantha you will see for yourself how charismatic and passionate she is. Dr. Asher Siddiqui was also very nice and knowledgable. He took his time with me and made me feel comfortable.

I had a breast reduction surgery, and I cannot fault my experience with transform. From the day I signed up for my free consultation to the day I was officially discharged, the team at transform were extremely kind and helpful. The surgeon Mr Bhati and the nurse assigned to me Nicki both walked me through the process and ensured I was fully informed before making a decision to proceed with surgery. Although I did not use this option, Transform also provides a loan towards your surgery, and you can set up a payment plan that works best for you which is great. My surgery was done in Birmingham in a lovely little hospital with just as lovely staff who dotted over me the whole time. Many thanks to Samantha and Nicki for making my pre and post op appointment smooth and needless to say Dr Bhati is just awesome, I am beyond pleased with my results, and will definitely be returning if i'm ever going get anything else done. Having tried all of the leading providers I settled on Transform, for me they offer a far superior service compared to their competitors and in the past 4 years I have never had a negative experience, every visit has been a positive one. All the staff I have ever dealt with have been polite, professional and highly skilled at what they do. Excellent location that is easy to get to & benefits from fee parking.

Honestly where do I begin. I was booked in for the wrong procedure consultationI rang up saying that’s not the appointment I booked in for, but was told I was still booked in for my treatment. Not the case, I rang up to see why I was booked in error for that other treatment on the day I was meant to have my consultation then was only told that my original treatment had not been booked in at all. Tried to rearrange, I was meant to get a call back from someone today, no record was kept of any conversation I had or any messages passed on. I rang back today at 3pm and no one had any clue about the various mishaps that’s gone on. Someone rang me back & told me they’ve booked me on a date without my knowledge, I obviously need to check my availability before an appointment is booked!?! Why would you tell someone you’ve booked them in without asking them if that date is ok???? I work! Like most people do, then when I asked why have you made that appointment...I just spoke with you & said I should be getting a call back from the doctor today, I said I was meant to have the doctor or possibly secretary ring me back to get a possible appointment today. THEN she hung up on me, or possibly the ‘line went dead’ but then never rang me back. I have never come across a more disorganized & unprofessional company. Avoid!!!!!

Had my consultations and surgery with Transform after being messed around by MYA. Daniella was my patient co ordinator and she was very helpful, informative and really made me feel like I was making the right decision! It was an experience I will never forget! All other staff really friendly as-well, 100% recommended

Dr Ash is the one to see for thread lift and fillers. I needed a fair few as I’m old but it has knocked 10yrs off of me. Lovely place, easy to find. Staff so helpful If you have a query. Cannot recommend enough.

Everything went as planned and everyone was really helpful and nice all the time. My surgeon was always honest and did a fantastic job! I could not be happier
