The worst. Don’t use them. It will take years off your life. Not worth it. Thanks for the reply but I’m not up for a phone call where you tell me you’re sorry that you overpromised and underdelivered again. The discussions need to be internal, you need to look at the logistics that are causing you issues starting with your website. It’s literally your job to know what information is needed by your chosen partners and make sure those fields are populated. I am happy to sit in on a meeting but I’ve done enough unpaid work for your company in the last few months already. You either care or you don’t. And it’s clear, you don’t.
I`am a new Customer and Customer service I received from start to finish was first Class. Nicky on Reception was amazing and all the other staff members I dealt with so professional and helpful.
I've used Transglobal Express almost every single week for 2 years, sending 50+ parcels a week. Their customers service is good, you can actually speak to someone unlike other poor postal services. I have my parcels collected and the driver is great and they let you know when they're on their way.
Bad Customer service: We sent our parcels with them and they delivered them opened with some books missing and they claimed that it is the customs: customs have X-Ray machines and when they suspect something they open it and seal it back, but our parcels were open with a cutter and books stolen. We called them to draw their attention to this act but they just ignored that...What a customer service...Zero Rating for customer service, Zero Rating for Business ethics, Zero Rating for the way of doing business, Zero Rating for handling the issues. I have attached two screenshot to show how your parcels will be delivered with Transglobal Service...AVOID THEM BUT THAN REGRET IT
My most recent shipment London - Amsterdam booked through TransGlobal went completely awry; out of a pallet containing 7 boxes, only 1 box was delivered to me. The contents of the sole box that was delivered were completely damaged. The other boxes, as well as the pallet itself, passed through only four depots, but mysteriously vanished without a trace. I have had to send detailed summaries of the exact contents, the value of the goods, and the packaging method for the pallet shipment multiple times to both TransGlobal and TNT/FedEx, supposedly to conduct an investigation into the whereabouts of the missing goods. After providing the aforementioned information, there was complete silence from TransGlobal, and upon following up myself, it turned out that the pallet had been officially declared ‘missing’ by the shipper, TNT/FedEx. TransGlobal did not inform me of this on their own initiative. I have now been in the process of filing a claim for the stolen/missing goods for several weeks and have reported the theft to the authorities. Be cautious when shipping through them; it can become incredibly costly, time-consuming, and deeply frustrating. I will update this review when TransGlobal will process the claim.
Ordered collection and not only was the driver 2 hours late, but that lazy bath salts didn't even knock on the door! I waited for an extra 2 hours and heard nothing and said collection has failed even when he didn't do anything about it! Outrageous.
Poor customer service and a lack of accountability for delivery, our parcel was sent to the US with one day service and showed as picked up on the system while our customer was never contacted and the parcel was returned to us without prior notification. The overall cost was triple the price as we had to pay for the return and alternative postage and our business suffered as a result. There is no proper customer service team to escalate to either. I don’t recommend this company for small businesses as it can be frustrating experience.
Use this company as a broker for all my shipping, national & international. Great prices. Any problems and they are always to do with the shipper, not TranGlobal, there is always someone to help on live chat or phone. Frazer is the best.
This is an excellent service, you can speak to a human for advice on customs documents if needed, they are punctual and so far have always collected and delivered when they say they will, the driver who collects from me is brilliant, it helps that it has so far been the same driver over the last year or so, this makes a huge difference as you know you can rely on him and he's not going to throw the boxes around like some agency staff do evri The parcels get delivered the nx day and all the info provided to myself and my customers is really helpful. I've always used DHL with these guys and I cannot fault them. Thank you!
Absolutely disgusted. I asked for these people to return a £400 Oak door to a supplier in the packaging it arrived in. I took out the insurance just in case. This is how it arrived ! There response was Unfortunately, we have found the materials used to cushion your shipment were not sufficient to protect the contents from the rigours of transit on a courier network, which can include the use of automated sorting facilities, such as gravity chutes and conveyor belts. We therefore regret that we are unable to offer any compensation in this instance for the damaged goods. All carriers handle parcels with the same level of care, regardless of “Fragile” or other such labels. Parcels may be stacked and are processed through automated sortation centres using the aforementioned conveyors and chutes, therefore “This Way Up” labels may not help, as orientation cannot be guaranteed. We would always recommend the use of cushioning materials such as bubble wrap, craft paper and loose fill polystyrene to protect your items. There should be at least 5cm of cushioning between each item, and between the items and the carton wall, so that the goods could withstand a drop from waist height onto a solid floor.
