I have attended Julie's yoga class for a number of years now. They are brilliant. They leave me feeling fit and relaxed. She introduced me to mindfulness and relaxation and she is more than happy to offer advice about spirituality if that becomes relevant for the individual. Her classes are well thought out and dynamic and flow - as though a story. They are varied and have something for everyone. Julie is such a compassionate , professional yogi and it is a pleasure having her as my teacher.
Julie is truly an inspirational teacher.I am so glad I found her classes, I have been attending for nearly 2yrs and am addicted to opening my mind and body to yoga. Classes are friendly, welcoming and tailored for all ages and varying abilities. Julie gives several options for each movement and will help each person individually, no class is ever the same or boring. I leave classes feeling, relaxed, stretched and walking on air. I wished I had found Julie and Tranquil heart yoga years ago. Come and join us.
Julie is a great yoga teacher! She’s kind, considerate and patient with her students. Her classes are always well planned, and she creates a welcoming and calming atmosphere within them. She provides details of pose variations which tailer each class to a beginner and a more experienced yogi, so everyone can get a good practice. I highly recommend Julie and her range of classes.
Julie is a wonderful instructor who takes great care in planning her yoga sessions. I've so enjoyed attending her classes and would recommend to anyone at any point in their yoga journey - she tailors the class accordingly.
I’ve been going to Tranquil Heart yoga for approximately a year. Julie is a fantastic teacher, always looking out to ensure your posture is correct. The improvements to my flexibility are amazing. Before I found Julie, I had limited hip movement. Now I feel I can do cartwheels down the street! Julie’s positive and caring nature ensures for a relaxed and happy yoga class! Would highly recommend!!
