Must have tried at least 3 vending machines, all not working, despite one charging me. No waiting rooms open until 8am, despite it being February and absolutely freezing. More than one toilet out of order. Seriously, don't they have any maintenance workers? Very poorly run.
14 October 2018 at 11:45: Why is there a charge of 30p to use this public toilet on the main concourse at Sheffield Station when it is not kept clean and tidy?
the best ever train station 5 star
Nice and clean, everything works as it should, police was around but they keep themselves to themselves and I think it's nice to have their presence. The only thing that is annoying is that you have to pay 20 pence for the loos, it's not about paying for it it's if you haven't got change.

Very pleased to see the excellent Covid secure measures this station have put in place for the safety of staff and passengers. A clearly signposted one way system around the station coupled with readily available hand sanitiser have certainly put myself and family at ease when using the station.
Really nice station but every time I’ve had to use the station I get very worried as the staff I’ve had to interact with have been quite rude and unhelpful
Cross country train 11.21 to Edinburgh Mould on the windows and heavy condensation. Dirty train . A few issues that need to be sorted out
