I attended Training Square to prepare for the CCNA exams. They certainly delivered, as did the knowledgeable instructor. I was also able to attend the course for the second time, at no extra cost, to fill in any gaps in my knowledge which proved most beneficial in fully understanding sub-netting. Classes were purposely small and personal which I always prefer in any learning environment. Very convenient location for tube, cafes, eateries, etc. Highly recommended for IT-related training

The trainer is really good, he explains the topics to the level of our understanding.  On the other hand, the Training Square company itself is the best place to start your IT career with, the environment is very good for IT Training and good Infrastructure for Hands-On knowledge.  I'd strongly recommend anyone interested in making a good career in IT.

Overall I'm very happy with my experience with Training Square. I took the Java OCP SE7 course. My tutor Krish, was able to help me with any problems I encountered during the course and answer all my questions. The course covers a lot of different topics in a short space of time but having previous self taught experience in programming from various online course/books allowed me to complete it without too much trouble. I'd definitely recommend my tutor to anyone interested in either picking up programming or expanding their knowledge!

I completed my MCSE 2012 certification with Training Square, London, UK  Tutor is a very knowledgeable in this field. the concepts were delivered very well and in a competent manner. overall it was a fantastic experience. this was my second MCSE Server course at training square and I will be back for more..

Last summer I decided to take up an Auto Cad course, as I needed to move on in my carer, so I give these guys a call among others listed on Google.  While getting the quote over the phone, I was assured by the sales person Krish of the outstanding quality of the course and the services included. It was said that I would complete the course, followed by exams and a certificate to confirm my completion, not just attendance. Considering the price of £800 I thought this to be a better option compared to other competitors and decided to go ahead.  On the second day of my course, I only found out from the lecturer that all of the said above services were actually not included, despite me specifically asking about that over the phone, I was shocked to understand that I had been misled by false advertising on their part just to get the booking done after I had already paid the full amount of the course charge.  Once aware of this, I approached the manager on site Mr Adomako but I am completely dissatisfied with his reaction. He did not give a second thought to my problem but said that it had been written in the confirmation email. I did see that in the fine print that the exam fees were separate but as I was assured over the phone that they were included, I thought this to be non applicable to my case considering the amount that I have paid of £800 for a 25hr course taking into account all of the breaks and early finishes that we had. While having this conversation with him, he was unimpressed by my claim, perhaps to him the amount I have paid is not worth while but to me it is not money that I am willing to waste. Mr Adomako was actually amused by my frustration and left the room mid-conversation.  To me this behavior coming from a senior member of staff, on top of providing me with unrealistic expectations and promises, has made the entire experience opposite to what I initially expected. I was very frustrated with the whole situation and considered myself entitled to some sort of compensation, least of which would be to be able to take my exams free of charge and complete what I initially wanted to do, however my emails/phone call were ignored.  The training was not bad, if you would like a back-to-school experience for a week, which would only cost you a mere £800.00. The bonus is you get an attendance certificate!

I can only comment on the Autocad 2D and 3D CAD course. The Trainer was very good and although I had a concern with the content, the service received from Training Square has been excellent and my issue was satisfactorily resolved by Frank. I look forward to more Training with them in the future. Highly recommended.

Very very dishonest dealing. I called with the hope to recieve a professional certification in a CAD course, after finishing a mechanical engineering degree. I was told the course covered content from certified user and certified professional course. And due to finiancing I signed up.  The course was very very basic and the place did not match the price tag. The receptionist was very polite but also very dishonest. I would be very careful dealing with these people and do not expect to make any money after attending thier courses. In fact it could put you in serious finacial difficulty.  Now I am in a position of having to pay back the full course fees, after attending a few sessions and wanting to leave but being convinced and assured to stay. They have offered me a retake, but the last course only ran with two people and the tutor left early, although he was a nice person.  They are very dishonest and very disgraceful company. Unfitting of gentlemanly agreement. Shame on them. I feel like they have stolen a thousand pounds from me and I am going to report them to AutoCAD

This is a fraud company, they are after innocent people’s money. I enrolled for the autocad and Revit course and at the time of enrolment they will try all the tactics to persuade you for the course like certification, help in job interviews, they will give you projects of big companies after the course completion etc etc. but do nothing except false promises after taking your money. Very poor delivery of the course, no proper notes, very poor communication and rude staff. They don’t even disclose their real full name and their qualifications especially the receptionist who enrols students calls himself Krish which is not even his real name. You can learn better on the free YouTube videos than wasting your £1000s and time there. Beware of such companies and unprofessional people.

I do regret spending my £1000, I did not gain anything from the classes. No practical training. 1. I don't know what a switch , router and servers look like at work places. 2. Only two pc's works in a class , we had to share. 3. Coffee and tea quality is so poor. 4. I learnt from YouTube in 3 days for free  more than what I learnt in 5 weeks with training square. 5.No after care service.  I sincerely advice student to use youtube or another certified center.

- teacher had noy enough experience, took too long to explain simple concepts and we were not able to complete the whole course and cover all the material. He sometimes got things wrong, like subnetting for example, and was not 100% familiar with all material. - I was told there would be mock exams to prepare for the test. We didnt do any test practice and the tutor didnt know anything about it when we asked. - Tutor suggested using internet dump files with real exam questions to practice.  This is not to mention the were always some issue with the computers in the lecture rooms.  Im really not happy with with this course, feel it was a massive waste of time and money.
