Cannot recommend enough! Incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and capable PT - nursed me through a broken foot, and not only helped to speed up the recovery process but maintain a consistent level of fitness when I would otherwise probably have sat on the sofa for 6 weeks.  Encouraging and motivational - would recommend to everyone (and I do!).

I was a little sceptical using a personal trainer as I thought it was going to be pushy and I would struggle to keep up, I needn't of worried, Brett was brilliant, he went at a steady pace and really took my level of ability into account. I can not recommend Brett highly enough.
