Great gym, with good variety of machines, friendly and helpful staff, and they do a variety of classes such as boxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu etc which aren't included in membership. Membership isn't super expensive, and there's no contract to tie you in.

Great little gym. Equipments a little old but has all you need particularly free weights. Also offers day passes.

By far the best gym around! Competitive prices! Very friendly family atmosphere! And some one is always there to offer help and advice! Always allot to offer all walks of life!

Great classes on offer I train here for JiuJitsu but the equipment is great including machines, boxing ring and bags.

My favourite gym in the area : Friendly, fun, and the staff will help with anything.

Inexpensive but maybe needs someupdating

This is a great back to basics facility, no fancy gimmicks, just a simple hard working gym

Reasonably priced although a little outdated, showers and changing facilities need some TLC. No contract to be tied into which is a boost.

Cool gym Got all the necessary equipment, along with some extra oldschool stuff.

Fabulous place. Great equipment great atmosphere.. Very clean happy place
