The person I spoke to when ordering the items was pleasant. helpful and polite. Sadly the company you used to get the parcel to me gave me a different experience. I am hard of hearing and DPD left a note to say that they had tried to deliver the goods but failed. There was NO INDICATION about where the stuff was or what the right way to proceed was. I phoned Traidcraft and they were able to tell me where my parcel was. It had been left at a house across the road. The receiver of the parcel - a large one - kindly carried it to my house for me. A happy ending!!
ordering was easy and the range of goods was impressive. My Christmas card order was slow in coming, but when I emailed to ask why, they answered promptly and told me when the cards had been despatched. The delay was with the postal service, and the cards came in time!
