I first time shop online from this storeHong Kong Meixin Moon Cake for my UK friends. They very fast ship out and price reasonable.
I recently had the opportunity to purchase food products from Tradewinds and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The products they offer are of the highest quality and their selection is extensive. The ordering process was easy and efficient, and my order arrived in a timely manner. The team at Tradewinds was also incredibly helpful. I highly recommend Tradewinds for anyone looking for top-notch food products and great customer service
Shocking service , Avoid at all costs as i bought a box of noodles and they did not tape the bottom of the box up so half the contents escaped in transit , Dominic proved to be the most awkward and unhelpful person in the history of customer service and even though he provided a returns label and claimed 3 different collection dates where i stayed in all day there courier never came to collect the return meaning i am out of pocket £20 . This company does not deserve to be in business and is a shambles and has zero customer service so be aware and make sure you shop elsewhere !
Ordered a couple of times from here and it’s always been fantastic, I accidentally had my order delivered to my old address and the staff were so quick at sorting out change of address and getting it out to me on time. Definitely my go to now for all Oriental goods
Lots of products for the Asian cooks to perform their magic in the kitchen, you name it they have got it,there is a car park close by which is free for two hours as well, staff are very helpful and friendly,my wife is from Thailand and we travel from Lincoln to shop there as they have what she can't get in Lincoln which most of it i had never heard of before, would definitely recommend, it's well worth the trip.
Well packaged items with a good ‘best before’ date, quick delivery and cheaper than the biggest online retailer. Excellent service.
This place is brilliant. I've walked past it for 30 years and never gave it a thought. After a fad of Asian cooking in lockdown I decided to pop in and give it a try. They're got everything you'd ever need for Asian cooking, the prices are right and the lady who runs the place was very patient and answered all our questions and recommended products accordingly. Will be using regularly from now on.
