First time, and I was a little disappointed looking for a new set of darts, but the selection was very poor, being just after Christmas perhaps should have been expected, a wide and varied range of flights, stems, and other accessories just about everything you need. The two lads running the place were excellent, I will return when dart stocks have been replenished as I know what I'm after but want to try before I purchase as reviews are mixed.
Friendly people and very helpful. Managed to replace the tip on my cue the same day I also picked up a new cue and a few accessories that were very reasonably priced.
Great stock, friendly staff. Option to try darts out on the two boards is a God send.
Came across 4U Trading literally today as I was looking for a specialised company to cater my needs. A wide range of cues from 1 pce to 3 pce to try out on the table with prices ranging to suit your requirements. Thank you Ant The Owner who was very helpful and understanding. I now have a cue I'm looking forward to using for many years to come! :
Great shop, friendly, helpful staff, I went for darts, they do cater for many other sports, plenty of choice, what I like is try before you buy, not many places do that. Definitely recommend! :
Ordered the 'Winmau Professional Darts Set' from here last week. Arrived 4 days later, carefully packaged and in great condition. Very reasonable postage costs considering how heavy the package was. The board itself is great; however I suggest using your own wall fixings to mount it as those supplied seemed a little lightweight.
Great place, There is street parking outside, but you need a ticket from the machine. We didn’t have any change so my wife went into the shop and I waited outside to look out for traffic wardens. The lady in the shop realised what I was doing and gave me 40 pence for the meter… EXCELLENT customer service
Bought a set of darts and a load of flights, stems and accessories from here. Two boards up in store so you can try and set before you buy, will 100% be coming back
Would rate 0 stars if that was possible. Ordered a number of items to over £100, the main one a board. Hadn't heard or seen anything after 6 days so called to find out what was going on. Next day I received an email to say the board was out of stock and there wouldn't be any in so they offered a different one. I refused and asked for a full refund - again nothing for just over a week so I called to chase - spoke to Ant who said he hasn't had the email. When I pointed out he had replied to said email, he said it wasn't him and was a member of staff. And that he is a 1.8 million pound business sending out 800 deliveries a day so is never him. When I told him that the email was sent in the evening and from his personal iPhone and signed by him, he became even more irate and said he would process the refund. I then asked for a email confirmation to say it has been done, he refused and just said he would do it whilst I was on the phone before proceeding to hang up. 3 days later I finally have my refund so feel confident writing this review! I believe there are a number of companies in the 'group' and I would personally avoid them all. They also say there website is secure, when it actually isn't and only becomes secure on the payment screen.
Wow, just discovered this place on my doorstep. The staff were very friendly, good range of goods and prices are very competitive. Only qualm, be careful when parking, not a reflection on the company as it’s on street, but the councils lack of tidying the roads.
