Osman dealt with us. Was really professional, showed us all the cars and let us test drive them. Very clean place, informed us of all finance options and their warranty etc. Car prices were at the going rate, not overpriced. I was very impressed and will go back again.
Fantastic place, my parents bought a car from this place. Good money for part exchange, very affordable life time warranty, my parents doesn't need to worry about any problems. Car looks amazing. Place is huge , clean and people working there are very helpful and polite. Worth to buy your car here ! You will definitely will choose one ! Thank you Trade Centre UK Wednesbury my parents got fantastic car !
Wednesbury car trade centre excellent service made me most welcome and had very good knowledge about the car.
The only reason I give them 2 stars is that the salesman, Nathan, was so so helpful and nice. After you’ve chosen a car, if you’re having their finance/part exchange, bring a packed lunch, we were there for hours. Even though you may have spent thousands you’ll need a flask or 60p for a drink. Get finance savvy. We wanted it over 2 years and they really tried to make us accept 3, we worked out it would have been £400.00 more! When pushed we got what we wanted, they get commission from lender so will try look after themselves not the customer. The car itself, generally happy with it, my husband noticed a scratch on windscreen driving it home yesterday, told them straight away. We are waiting for them to get back to us, so may update this with result.
Absolutely terrible experience with the centre. I've been backwards and forwards to that centre since I got the car back in May. They mislead customers saying all the checks on the car has been completed and that there's no faults where in fact its totally opposite. It's unacceptable. People pay a lot of money for their cars. I've had to have few things done to my car since the purchase, each time called the centre to ask for courtesy car I live an hour away from the centre each time got told there isn't one available. No reimbursement for taxi or fuel. Its disgusting. The faults in the car are not my fault, each time I had to go there I was losing a day's work and I was left without a car for the day. I have a daughter with disability and I need a vehicle at all times. Last month I've had a service done at Audi and been told no gearbox oil or break fluid has been changed previously so I had to pay extra for it, so why say the car is safe and ready to drive away if such simple but important things haven't been done by the guys at the centre before selling the cars to people. When asked for reimbursement yet again I have been point blank declined. I have complained, said I was not happy each time I visited the centre anobody takes any notice. This has had a massive effect on my mental health which is unacceptable, things like this should not happen. Shame on you Trade Centre.
My experience at trade centre was great. A salesman named Jamie was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail. He helped me pick a car that I liked and one that was within my budget too. Overall Jamie made the experience of buying a car very simple and straightforward.
As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Khad and he was lovely helped me decide on a car. Not pushy at all, just very helpful. I then went through to Jessica who took all my details and helped with my finance, then on to Loz who sorted out all of my paperwork and showed me to my new car which was outside waiting for me. From start to finish the whole process including looking round the 100s of cars was 2 hours. Very pleased.
So I visited the Wednesbury showroom yesterday. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by a nice gentleman who said was ok I replied "yes and I was just coming to have a look around" to which he then replied....OK. He then proceeded to follow me around and point out all these cars that were just above my budget admittedly I said I could stretch a little on my £7000 budget. I saw 2 cars within my price range. I had a look around and they were not in bad condition for the age of the cars. This is where my experience turned sour however. They then wanted to value my car as a PX so I agreed. They said they would give me £4000 which wasn't bad but another car company would give me £5,800 so I told them this and suddenly they could knock the difference, £1,800 off a £6,999 car. They then proceeded to press and hard sale asking if there was absolutely anything they could do to get me to buy there and then. I constantly said no as I'd only come to see what I could get. Upon returning home I put the registration plates into a well known car buying website and I was horrified at what they valued the car at with the current mileage etc etc. A car valued by trade centre at £6,999 was worth £2,770 and the £7,999 was only worh £3,500. I will not be returning ever and will be informing my family never to buy from there again. I appreciate they are trying to make money etc etc but at over double the value on sale is disgusting.
*STAY AWAY* Wife bought a car. Salesperson went on about their 99 point check and "28 Day Dealer Guarantee". Car broke down within 30 minutes of leaving their forecourt, and within 10 miles of the Wednesbury centre. They would not help with same day recovery, we had to use RAC. RAC assessed the car to be undriveable and not road worthy clutch failure and had to be taken back to Trade Centre UK by recovery truck. Daily calls to customer service unhelpful "No space in workshop to assess vehicle" and when vehicle was finally assessed they are claiming "nothing wrong" with vehicle so wife cannot reject vehicle. If you purchase a vehicle from them and something goes wrong you can expect denials and a wall of obstruction. Diabolical. UPDATE: TCUK refused to let my wife exercise her right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to reject the vehicle. She in turn refused to agree to their request to collect the car which they claimed to have "no fault" a car that broke down within 30 minutes of leaving their centre and had to be taken back to them on recovery truck. Given the impasse, TCUK finally agreed to an independent inspection of the vehicle. It was only when the car broke down with clutch failure during this test drive inspector + TCUK techinician in vehicle that TCUK caved in and provided a refund. In summary, as many reviews here will state, TCUK will do everything in their power not to stand by their obligations once a sale has been made. So if you do buy from them you better pray that your vehicle is faultless. Once they have your money you can expect ZERO after sales support. You have been warned
No cars with the advertised &17.50 per week, that's a strategy to get you through the door. Quite expensive cars as well, wasted my fuel to go there. Sale people were nice though and not pushy like I expected.
