Tracey was excellent.  Within 10 minutes of turning up I had a beautiful bunch of flowers for a gift.  Tracey is easy to talk to and ideally located from Staines train station and the high street.  Highly recommended.

Well that was a horrible experience!
Just went in to ask about prices and I Defo won't be going back. She said what are you looking for which I replied in regards to the types of flowers, I don't know. I am not a big flower person, as long as it's pretty and cheap I'm happy. She then told me to go off and look in magazines. She also said I could make up a cluster bouquet with roses. I bet you don't know what that means. WELL YES I DO! So FYI I think you need to approve your attitude to get customers. I was looking for 1 cluster bridal bouquet, 3 long stem single flower bouquet. 10 button holes which was 6 single flower. 3 double flowers and 1 child's button hole. So I would recommend a different florist who listens and doesn't try to take the Mick out of u!

I will start off positive and will say the bouquets of flowers were lovely and well presented however, we ordered blue flowers petals and was given purple. When we called to try and rectify the situation (if at all), instead of trying to offer their help, we were simply told that we "must be colourblind". If that's the case, then all the wedding guests room must be colourblind too. 

So be careful when ordering from here. If you find there's a problem, you'll probably be insulted rather than getting help.

Tracy has always been fantastic if we are ordering a bouquet in a rush or ordered week in advance always professional and her flowers are beautiful flowers.
She takes extra care to always help with what you need I would highly recommend
