I went to Tracey Annes Flourist to buy a bouquet of flowers for my colleague whom was retiring. I asked for a selection of pink and cream flowers, this cost quite a large amount considering it was for a "professional" job. I'd requested they deliver them for me, but once I'd seen them for myself I saw that not only were they not pink and cream, but they were pretty much a range of dead and multi-coloured flowers. Not what I'd asked for. Bad service, over priced and tacky. Absolutely disgusted. To say I don't recommend is an understatement.
