Called at the trade counter they are still using the covid system Phoned up for a gearbox driveshaft seal but he couldn't find it but I could have shown them on a parts screen but will buy elsewhere very poor service Get back normal.
I phoned on Monday morning as I needed a small part for my VW which was unavailable at the dealership - I collected the item on Tuesday morning, great service and would definitely use again
Alex Clough was really helpful , unfortunately they had discontinued my part , he even tried Audi Tradition but again no joy , but he still took the time to search and point me in the right direction. Service like this guarantees I will be coming back as a customer
Despite having a trade account these guys are just useless and have no enthusiasm. It's like they don't want to sell stuff and just sit there doing no work. Will be using Trafford branch instead now
I had appointment at 9:30, been serve 9:50. Recon the parts I wait 2 days for parts are wrong.... I couldn't return because I need set up new appointment next day!!! Is a joke, you waste my time and mony as a trade. Customer need wait another few days, we hawe storage car, ect... The worse customer service on the World!
Needed an air con pressure sensor for my vw so I gave the part number 1J0 959 126 to the fella on the phone he then told me they do not have it in stock and that the part number has now superceded itself so I asked politely can I have the new part number to ask another TPS branch if they had it I was told "NO WE ARE NOT A LIBRARY IF I GIVE THE NUMBER WE WOULDNT HAVE ANY BUSINESS" Which they weren't getting anyway because they did not have the part .Anyway rang vw got the part number instantly and was also told where they had it in stock . Part numbers are not trade secrets I've bought it and now have the part number for the world too see via this tool like a library called the internet 1k0 959 126 e
Prior to arrival I ordered the parts I required. I was told on the phone I could have it at a trade price even though I explained I wasn't trade - when I arrived at the trade counter I was told that wasn't the case and I shouldn't have been promised this! Service was slow. 20 minutes to collect a pre-ordered part, with no one else in!! Great for trade, not so great for little old me.
Terrible service, all staff full of sarcasm, i go to the Trafford park branch brilliant staff always helpful but these guys are a joke.
Excellent service Friendly and knowledgeable staff,always a range of good offers available on a range of products . what more can you say if you drive a Vw Audi Group vehicle get your self here .
