Aggressive staff. Out of the blue, staff approached us and was so rude. If you don’t like working in a toy shop or seeing children then get another job. You let the company down. Dreadful

Terrible customer service experience. They don't care about customer satisfaction, feedback or complaints. Their only motive is to sell cheap quality products and harass customer if asked for returns or exchange. Store manager is extremely rude and has his own set of rules when comes for return or exchange any products. This is one shop I would avoid going in future and recommend same to others

My daughter loves this shop, not bad prices and great quality toys.

Amazing toy shop, everything you ever need for your young ones and adults alike. age ranges from 0 - to the skies the limit. Very competitive prices, staff are very helpful and polite and will go the extra mile if help is required or not.

This is my son's favourite shop, because of the toys and it's mine because of the staff. Not only is the selection of toys fantastic but the way they're displayed makes it easy and fun for the kids to look and choose what they'd like. The people working here are also fantastic; polite, enthusiastic and genuinely knowledgeable as well as very very helpful. They're always smiling and friendly and have allowed me to visit the shop several times just to look at toys and spend quality time with my son without any pressure to buy. Wonderful place!!

Horrendous customer experience, I used to like the shop won’t be returning. I lost my receipt and the toy I bought stopped working after 1 day, a staff member remembered me in the shop but the manager kept talking over him. They have their own version of The Consumer Retail Act I’m not sure that’s legal, I asked about making a complaint I was directed to the website and no response, very frustrating.This is one local shop I will be avoiding from now on, come back Amazon all is forgiven.

From the moment we walked into the store the manager was there to help. We were looking for toys for a 4yr old boy. He showed us several options then left us to look around. He told us to look for him if we needed any further assistance. Very quickly we found just what we were looking for. The friendliness and  helpfulness made our visit to your store so very pleasant. I'll certainly shop with you again and I'll definitely recommend  you to my friends and family. Thank you for bringing top class customer service to Altrincham.

We all love a good toy shop no matter how old you are. It is very rare nowadays to find a shop especially a toy shop that will not open on a sunday but I think it is great that they have stuck to their values. This store is always well stocked and staff are always keen to help and are very polite. I love the bargains and they have always got good pocket money toys to keep the kids happy. I dont think I can come into Altrincham with the kids and not visit The Entertainer.

Fantastic toy store, huge variety of toys. Some really great little items that have been carefully curated and presented. Far better way to shop for and buy toys then using an online / internet outlet. They have demos of some of the toys on sale too. Helpful staff.
