Amazing choice/range of toys! Well laid out. Helpful and friendly staff. I reserved some Nerf toys online and collected in-store. We still had a quick look around and picked up another item. The whole shopping experience was stress free and extremely quick. Excellent job by the Toys R Us staff!

Absolutely brilliant array of toys.

Great for kids. Good selection of toys. Huge place and loads of parking outside. Good offers on toys and in babies r us too. Good for kids to have a look around for toys. Staff are friendly.

Brilliant, I didn't see any signs saying they do price match. Was told by a staff member when asked if she would check a price for me. Aslong as it's in stock within 10 miles they'll match it. I saved £85 just by googling for two minutes whilst in store.

Huge toy shop, great selection of toy and games stuff and baby daily needs, massive carparking in front of the store, and very friendly and respectful.

Big store with lots of toys, heaven for the kids! Noted a few items which were cheaper elsewhere - didn't get the opportunity to test their price promise.

Visited the borstal branch today ,Chloe on the sales floor was very informative and helpful ,to help me choose my purchase , a babies car seat .manny at the sales till had a smile on her face and was very polite and helpful .five stars to them.

Got kicked out for helping the kids ride their bikes. Not my kids but still a bit shocking when I get told off and then 20 year olds in pyjamas are allowed to go round acting suspiciously and shoplifting. 2 stars for good selection of playdoh.
