Polite enough but not that interested when we wanted a couple of quotes, didn’t appear knowledgeable, So they said they would email quotes, over a week and nothing received. They said they are mainly commercial so why advertise car, house, caravan insurance etc if it’s not what you do ‍
Have been insuring my car with Townsends for many years. They always find me the best deal. The customer service is impeccable, and they are always extremely helpful and friendly.
I've been with the company for a long time now thay are excellent.
