Pleasure to deal with - at a time when buying from UK to Ireland has become a bit of a saga, my order from Rangemoors arrived in a week in middle of Christmas period too! Everything exactly as ordered, expertly packed. My stove will give us a few more years service now. Thank you very much!

Parts came incredibly quickly. We ordered parts on a Friday evening and received them on the Sunday, so we were only without our fire for 2 nights, we were thinking we would have to wait longer.They came extremely well packaged with fragile stickers on, so they couldn’t get damaged in transit. We will definitely be using Rangemoors again for any parts for our fire if they need replacing.

I phoned rangemoors on the 16th of December and spoke to one of the sales team who was incredibly helpful  unfortunately i can't remember his name. Superfast delivery via DPD, the only place online where I could be sure I was ordering the exact right firebricks for my stove, and at a reasonable price. Only negative: packed with polystyrene chips, so unnecessary when recyclable alternatives are available!

Rangemoors made it very easy for me to do a DIY job on refurbishing my stove.  I found all the information on their website very helpful to work out exactly what I needed to order, and how many of each part, to completely refurbish the inside of my Villager Elite Multi-fuel stove.  The parts arrived this week, after excellent communications from Rangemoors to let me know that they were on their way, and I found it really easy to follow the instructions from the manual that was helpfully available on their website to strip out and rebuild the innards of my stove yesterday.  What I stripped out was absolutely beyond repair see photo but now that I have installed all their lovely shiny new parts see photo , it is honestly like I have brand new stove see photo.  I can’t wait for a cold day to try it all out, although it is so lovely and shiny I am a bit reluctant to get it dirty!   Thank you to Rangemoors for providing such great customer service and working so hard until the difficult circumstances everyone is facing in 2020 to fulfil orders promptly and provide really helpful advice.
