Needed a couple of small items, that I had mistakenly bought elsewhere so popped in for the correct ones.
Very helpful gentleman that served me and correct items supplied.

Called at 11.15am regarding two plumbing issues and they told me someone would come to my house between 5-6pm that evening. No one turned up, no one called me to advise they would not be turning up and when I tried to call them, it just rang and rang. Awful service and waste of my time waiting for them.
