Went for grandsons birthday party. The place was a bit cold upon arrival but once it filled up and the heating kicked in it was ok. The girls looked after all the kids at the party with games and provided some nice food. Worth the visit and all the children who were invited seemed to enjoy the time at the venue.
Had my child’s party here. Lovely attentive staff. Very organised and made everything run smoothly. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.
Nice, quiet and spacious softplay for children for two age range: under 6s and 6-12yr olds. The staff is very friendly. Tower of Fun offers hot/cold food and drinks for a reasonable price. There`re onsite parking spaces but I`d say it`s limited, however on street parking is available FOC. Entrance fee is £7.
The staff here always go above and beyond for children. My little girl didn't want the typical pink and purple balloons, she wanted black and white panda themed. Amy got the balloons and table covers and even provided panda masks for the children and decorated the room. Making a little 7 year old extremely happy. Thank you tower of fun! She wants her party here every year now
The Playcenter itself was awesome but the some of the staff was a bit unprofessional. They were rushing the kids to eat and they also forgot to turn the heat on when we came. They had another party after us but as we paid for those 2 hours they should have give a more decent service. I recommend it for a day of fun but I am not so sure for a party.
Had my sons birthday here and it was great. Booked the whole place out. Staff were attentive and great with us and the kids. Pizzas were amazing. The jungle gym equipment itself was all really well laid out and clean.
Place is being held together by duct tape. Needs to be fixed and not with duct tape The only saving grace is how kind the staff is
So safe and clean Staff amazing and children have so much fun they Never want to leave
I asked a member of staff if I could use the disabled toilet. She said no without asking if I was disabled. Not every disability is visible. The DISABLED toilet facility is inadequate. Apart from being filthy the toilet seat is broken, no emergency pull cord, there are no hand drying facilities and the toilet roll holder is awkwardly placed for some disabled users. Also no hand rails to assist wheelchair users to manoeuvre onto the lavatory. Having said all, the children’s play area is well equipped and they had a good time
I attended this play centre last week and again today. Wrappers that was there last week were still all over the slides of the climbing frame including a lot of dust, food, foam and broken toys my daughter came out coated in dust and another child’s chewed up food today When arriving I was charged £4.50 for 2 hours play which in most play centres is reasonable but in this one the toddler area only has a slide nothing else so really isn’t reasonable. £7.80 for a coffee and Children’s ham Butty isn’t reasonable either. As mentioned this play centre isn’t clean at all and you tend to be waiting in a queue while staff chat in the kitchen although when speaking to them they are all lovely and polite. There are no healthy options at all and tent to see a lot of customers bringing packed lunches, Ofsted definitely need to be involved! When arriving or leaving you will also notice Nursery staff members mostly on their staff phones or chatting while children at trying to get their attention which is definitely not okay!! Vents are hanging off walls etc My daughter enjoyed her time which is the most important thing however major improvements can be made
