Quality of a large garage with a feel to a small garage. I have had our cars looked at at tower garage many times now and never once have I been over charged for parts and the faults have always been mended to satisfaction. I did notice also that once they fixed something else on my car that had been causing issues, free of charge and did not even mention it to me, while they were working in that generic area of the vehicle. That was unexpected and I appreciate that kind of finishing touch to a good service. I could see how the temptation would have been (for many garages) to note the fault, order a new part and charge an extra hour on the job.

A good local garage. Very accommodating of my very old and falling apart car! Always get the job done quickly,  to a high standard and at a good price. Refreshing customer service and always met with good humour.
