I had an amazing experience at Touch Health & Fitness! Dr. Marco Tocco is incredibly skilled, making every session comfortable and relaxing. His warm, hospitable demeanour puts me at ease every time. Kali Bolstad was my first point of contact, and her kindness and professionalism throughout the process made everything even better. The team here is like no other. You must come check them out! I’m so grateful to have found such a fantastic chiropractor so close to home—truly the best in the neighbourhood! Highly recommend!
I started seeing Marco for my upper back soreness due to bad posture and long work hour in the office. Later on I also went back to him for post-surgery shoulder recovery and multiple other minor injuries I have had from playing sports. He is very knowledgeable and willing to share the logic behind the recovery process. Thanks to his help, I have never felt better of my shoulders and back than ever before. Totally recommend him for any chiropractic treatment and recovery.
Fabulous facilities. All of the staff are amazing and kind. Marco Tucco is a great chiropractor who introduced me to chiropractic and helps relieve pain and discomfort- funny story, someone gave me a hug, my shoulder made a pop sound and I couldn’t lift my arm without odd pain. I immediately called Marco Tucco and he helped me sort it out. He is kind and informative. Keisha is a fantastic massage therapist who really knows how to work my sore back, neck and shoulders that I get from all my desk slouching. Robert is a great physiotherapist and is teaching me exercises to help me improve my slouching and strengthen my neck and shoulders. The clinic manager, Kali, is awesome! She is the first person you meet, the one that answers all the questions and rescheduling, and keeps the clinic incredibly organized. Plus, she laughs at my jokes. There is underground and street parking but living very close helps me visit them often. Would highly recommend for any physical health or fitness needs.

Had a great experience for Chiropractic at Touch with Dr. Marco Tocco. We had sessions for the last couple months, he has been very professional and patient throughout the sessions, explaining the detailed cause and solution to some of my body pain issues. After several months, I feel much better and will for sure recommend to my friends if they need.

He is skilled in a variety of treatment methods and immediately knows which ones to implement based on the situation.
