Can never get an appointment, not even for a 4 month old baby who in my opinion needs to be checked over by a doctor. Within m8nites of being open they dont hace aby appointments at all to be seen and just told to go to a walk in centre with a young baby! So frustrating, no help at all, no care for those who really need it. Disappointed and frustrated is an understatement!
Only do face to face appointments, they don't use the e consult system but legally aren't allowed to take it off so just send a standard message to contact practice.nMust call them first thing in morning otherwise you will have to do it all again the next day.nBooking are a week in advance minimum.nHonestly this is such a backwards GP that doesn't take advantage of any technology pretty ridiculous in my opinion.
Receptionist are so unhelpful and unsympathetic. Don't care about the stress of the patients' .
Fantastic health centre with urgent appointments when required. GP suggested a review of medication whilst there for another issue - looking at the patient in a holistic view rather than just treating the problem - thank you, its much appreciated. Life can get busy and when you're struggling you forget to look after yourself. My only negative is the entitled mature receptionist who would rather continue her conversation than welcome the next patient waiting, and unfortunately announces thoughtless comments loudly while side glancing patients - which could be perceived as indirect discrimination.
IM GOING TO DIE BEFORE I GET AN APPOINTMENT... Imagine having to not only call your GP and compete with others to get an appointment but all the appointments are filled up within a literal minute of them opening they're phone lines. If your thinking of booking an appointment here... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME EVEN TRYING.
