Am a current member, the staff are all really lovely and gym itself is clean, but there are too few treadmills and always the usual suspects hogging the machines for an hour plus. Maybe introduce a 30 minute limit during busy times (5-7pm, Saturday and Sunday mornings)?

Complaint Why has the swim times changed for the elderly ? Not only is the pool used for health reasons companionship built up over time, which is just as important in health, has now been lost to them. Every time changes are made I have noticed you loose more people and revenue

problem is trying to contact them. most days you just get stuck on the holding music. this happens almost every time i contact them. they need to sort out the phone system. i end up driving there to book. ridiculous.

The cleanest swimming pool I have ever been to. Really attentive lifeguards. Very impressed!
