Always helpful and friendly, use it most days for various reasons and always find them proffesional and friendly.

I cannot believe the stupidity of this place. There are 5 people queuing closely around till. And 13 queuing closely to post. Disgraceful.

I have lived in totnes my whole life and almost every time I’ve been into this post office, I am met with foul attitudes from most of the women who work here. They aren’t helpful, they speak to you like you’re stupid, act like you’re an inconvenience and patronise you. My sister has just been in to return a parcel for me as I had somewhere to be so couldn’t return it myself, and unfortunately the parcel wasn’t sealed properly and the packing is very stiff so hard to seal. My sister was trying to seal it and was having a hard time doing so. I understand that they aren’t allowed to use staples, however that would have been more useful. My sister had been trying to use masking tape which belongs to the post office, and has just been forced to pay for the roll which she only used a bit of and was the post office’s to begin with. The woman she dealt with was extremely rude and abrasive with her, and ultimately made her pay for something she used once and has left feeling very annoyed due to being spoken down to so much. Terrible customer service.
