ok so walked into reception last week with a finger injury which required stitches , reception told me they couldn't see me as it was appointment only, so they sent me to newton abbot which i went too and on arrival to newton abbot hospital i was greeted by two ladies sat on reception stating they could not see me there at 17.15 as they were shutting at 20.00 hrs they proceeded to tell me that the cleaners were on more money than them of which i replied i didn't ask . so i proceeded to torbay hospital which was packed out and after an hour i was seen by two lovely trainee nurses. thank you
I had occassion to visit Totnes Community Hospital today and all I can say the nursing staff and receptionist were absolutely brilliant and we're very thorough and professional.nWhat a breath of fresh air. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Took my mum age 93 to be seen in the minor injuries unit after she’d tripped in her garden and hurt her wrist. Everyone from the receptionist to the X-ray lady, and especially Claire the nurse, were excellent and completely understood my mum’s lifestyle and needs. What a positive place this is and such nice people!
Amazing staff, such a lovely hospital. Twice they've looked after my elderly mum and the care has been really good. Thank you to all the lovely staff at Totnes hospital.
