Totally Wicked E-Cigarette and E-Liquid Shop

My fiancé went to this store to get CBD oil. When we got back to a lodge, we found out the product is out of date. When he was on the phone to the staff member, she tried to get rid of the stock and surprisingly the manager wasn’t in until next week and we are going back home tomorrow so just lost out of £60. Definitely wouldn’t go there!!!!

What a great store! The staff are incredibly helpful and polite. The choice of products is staggering and being able to test each flavour before buying is a massive bonus. Add on the fact all their liquids are tested to make sure they're safe makes this the only vape shop I use now. The flavours are far superior to anything else I've tried, the multi-buy promos are great and they even have a generous loyalty scheme. What's not to love!

Had a really good time leaving my kids here while we watched. They are all really funny good customer service. Really recommend who have newborn babies and people who are trying to quit smoking. Totally wicked is a premium brand, it's true. But it's worth it. And this store is a flagship ambassador for the brand. The staff are not only well informed and helpful, as one would expect, but are also genuinely friendly. Many times I've been in to get some liquid and don't forget the discount on multiples of 3 bottles if you're a member and ended up having a chat about anything from music to local schools. I love this shop, and anyone who vapes probably will too.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. No pushy sales techniques, but just plain good advice. I've been a regular customer for about 4 years now, and they are still my first choice. Keep up the good work!

The staff at Totally Wicked couldn’t be more helpful, my friend and I weren’t sure on which flavours we wanted and were allowed to try multiple to make sure we got the ones we wanted. The blonde lady also set up our new vapes for us and was so friendly, answering any and all questions we had. I love the flavours there and will always go when I need new ones!

Hi there, I'd like to say how happy I am with both the products and the service. I get Ice Menthol juice which is the best I've had from anywhere, also the bottles are easily squeezable unlike other brands. The products I buy are always in stock and the staff always greet customers with a smile and go the extra mile to find whatever they require.
