There is the most incredible chap that works here Leo I think, he is absolutely fabulous and incredibly helpful. Even if you don’t need to buy any of their good quality well priced products it is worth a visit just to see Leo. If you are fortunate enough he may also be playing the piano!
Extremely pleasant interaction with Dave at the Uckfield store! Having vaped before and going back to smoking. I came to Totally Wicked asking for as much help as possible, and as much information as I could get to help me stick to it! Dave gave me so much info, and so many options! He understood what I wanted, and helped me set up my new mod and get me going before I even left the shop! Fantastic service, friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend!!

I regular visit the uckfield branch and have to say the staff , especially the manager Dave , so friendly, helpful, honest and give the best customer service. I brought a new device, Dave was very honest and helpful, explaining how it works and which device would suit my needs. They have a great variety of e liquids too. Highly recommended this place! Plus they sell a selection of accessories such as mugs to keep your hot drinks warm! Brilliant.
Been a totally wicked customer for years now, always happy and thrilled with the efficient and friendly service from Dave, massive credit to them for running an efficient click and collect service throughout the lockdown period, very quick to answer the phone to place an order and the orders are always ready to collect when I get to the shop. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager Dave yesterday in totally wicked Uckfield. I was having trouble with my vape and he took it apart for me and had a look. It was working fine. I've not long given up smoking and he gave me good advice on what strength liquid to use as he asked how much I was using my vape etc.. he recommended a different vape for me. I was surprised when it was the cheapest one in the shop as normally people try and sell you expensive ones! He explained why this one would be the best one for me, he showed me how to set it all up and he even chucked in a free bottle of liquid! I was impressed that he showed me certificates on vapes stuff so he really did know his stuff! He was very friendly and nothing was too much. Will definitely be going back.
Every time I go to Totally wicked in Uckfield I am greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome. They are always so helpful and know all of their products well. When I need my mod cleaned or the coil changed they are more than happy to help. I am very happy with the service and regularly recommend them to my friends and colleagues..
Went into totally wicked today with my partner and was pleased with the Very good service and was very happy with the service provided by the manager Dave. Was very experienced and answered all of our questions and was very respectful and keen to help. Highly recommended. Spoke to us about the dose we should both be on and talked us through all the products.
Love this shop. I have been using Totally Wicked Uckfield now for around 12 months and the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. There is a wide range of mods and juices available and no hard sell which is great. I don’t go anywhere else for equipment or juice. They take their time to explain all of the pros and cons around the mods and hints and tips on how to get the best out of them. I have bought 3 mods from them over the last 12 months and all have been great. I did have an issue with a 3 battery charger I purchased from them, but having spent time discussing the problem with them, they took this away and investigated and came back with the solution which actually turned out to be the plug. Bought the plug and everything worked fine. Can’t recommend enough for friendly service, knowledgable staff and product range.
Dave has surpassed himself yet again. I went in today for a new vape and battery charger. He manages the time I need to understand the new device perfectly. It's this extra value and attention that keeps me coming to the shop. He balances his expertise so well when other customers come into the shop - so well that the other customers get served quickly but I'm still given the attention needed to understand the new device. It's a tough time when the shop is busy and he is the only staff. He does this very well and is a credit to totally wicked!
