This has to be one of the most incompetent companies I have ever dealt with. "Inadequate response" would be a better business name. A letting agent employed them on my behalf (Dec 2013-Feb 2014) to clear a gutter that was blocked and causing water ingress into two properties. After considerable delay the scaffolders arrived and started to erect the scaffolding in front of the wrong house. They took this down and went off. Over a week later they arrived again and were told that the position was still not correct. I contacted the company and was told it was. Up the scaffolding went and cracked a neighbour's cast iron gutter. A few weeks went by and still no action - all the time water entering two properties. They eventually realised that the scaffolding was in the wrong place and so new bars has to be erected. After about 8 weeks delay they eventually went up and removed the blockage - a simple five minute task that took them over 8 weeks. All the time I was never able to speak to any of their operatives - always blocked by a secretary on the line. My messages about what needed doing largely went unheeded. The final bill was over £1,000. If I had hired a cherry picker this would have been the work of about an hour at a cost of a hundred pounds or so, and I would have been spared serious damage to interior due to water entering during the time they messed about.Totally dissatisfied.
