Was fitting a sump pump in a basement and the fittings supplied with the pump were not fit for purpose.  Took the pump into total plumbing supplies along with the pipe I was trying to contact to, as the staff sorted it immediately with no fuss and at a very reasonable cost.  Could not recommend more highly

What a great experience! Helpful and very willing staff. We'll stocked, very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I have to say I am disappointed with the service I received. I ordered a TPR valve as my Megaflo was constantly dripping. First they lost my details so were a few days late ordering and then the company they ordered from received the order but didn't act on it. When it did eventually turn up I was still charged a postage fee. Not the customer service I was expecting. I would have ordered from eBay if I had known.

Always fantastic very knowledgable, speedy FANTASTIC service.  Would highly recommend anyone with any plumbing issues to get in touch and seek advice or simply have a browse through the most amazing showroom for your bathroom refit. :-
