Professional, friendly and great results!! I have recommended to others who are equally pleased.  I have been for both physio and sports massage for a running injury that wouldn't heal with rest alone. Exercises and training plan to suit me, looking forward to a half marathon in 2 weeks. 6 weeks ago i could hardly walk some days. I'm very happy.

I was told that my appointment would include massage and acupuncture, so lost work time, traveled a fair distance to their practice, waited for a while until being shown into a treatment room. Most of the 30 minutes I had paid £36 for was taken up being questioned about my condition and very poorly assessed by a young lad who didn't seem old enough to be qualified. He seemed puzzled by my condition, making me feel demeaned and as if I had told him a load of twaddle, yet I was in dreadful pain and it would have been obvious to anyone not least from my posture alone.
I am a  former nurse and qualified in 5 modalities of holistic complementary medicine, so I am no fool when it comes to illnesses and injuries.
I was then asked to lie on a massage table, told to lift my limbs in various directions, clearly this difficult not to mention obvious as to why. I told him the diagnosis given to me by a chiropractor yet this seem to be dismissed.
Then for no longer than about 5 minutes, the so-called massage therapist pressed on various points on my back, before instructing me on 2 exercises and for that I was ripped off for £36. Not at all happy.
I phoned once home and told them I would not be coming back as I was not happy but the rude receptionist said OK I will let him know and abruptly slammed down the phone. Her manner and attitude had significantly changed from when I called to book the appointment - scary....
No offer of a refund, couldn't careless, feel conned, totally unhappy and I will never ever go back again and I would warm others to stay away also, they seem to be incompetent and unprofessional, I should have known given that I was given an appointment within an hour of first calling that same day, one person in the waiting room and one person coming out of the therapy room, hardly heaving with clients, need I say more.
NOT recommended, steer clear. I will be taking this up with the authorities.
