I have lower back / bulging disc issues from an accident many years ago that flares up intermittently from time to time. Jenny always helps to get me back on track. Her treatments always provide great pain relief & helps relax the muscle tightness experienced from compensating the disc flare ups. Jenny is always extremely professional in her approach. She explains the issue & treatments very clearly and provides excellent remediation & strengthening exercises. Jenny is always very positive & encouraging which is appreciated & helps with recovery. I would highly recommend Jenny & her team at Total Physio. Thanks Jenny.

Had a flare up of a historical back injury treated by Aileen in Total Physio between October 2017 and January 2018. I can't fault the treatment I received, the aftercare post appointment and most importantly the final results of my treatment. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Total Physio to friends and family members.

I highly recommend Total Physio in Sandyford. Aileen was fantastic, quickly diagnosing my lower back problem and producing a rehab programme for me that got rid of long standing issues of flexibility in a short timeframe. Thank you Aileen.
