I recently had the pleasure of trying the Naked Burrito at this Mexican eatery. It's a flavorful combination of tender beef and chicken, perfectly complemented by rice, beans, and a medley of fresh veggies. If you're looking to dive into Mexican cuisine, this dish is an excellent place to start, offering a delicious and satisfying introduction to the vibrant flavours of the region!
The food was lovely and the man who greeted us at the first station was very kind and ran us through everything. However my excitement for my tacos was splattered when I got to the second station and I was greeted with the rudest customer service I have ever received. The lady if I remember right her name tag said something like Joola snapped at me when I didn’t hear her ask me about having guac. Thinking this could have just been just an issue she had with me. I watched my friend to see if she received the same treatment. Which she did, and was just as taken aback. We were the only people in the queue at the time so lunch time rush was not an excuse. The other staff members, in my opinion, looked embarrassed. I have never left a bad review for anywhere. In fact I rarely leave reviews. But this encounter left me so shocked I can’t stop thinking about it and feel this really is something to be addressed. Despite the nice food, I will not be coming back if this is how a staff member is allowed to treat customers.
I came here for a burrito on lunch last week and the woman who served me Juls was very friendly and walked me through all the options very clearly. The burrito was also very very nice and good quality for money. 10/10 will be backFood: 5/5
Had this not long after a Boojum. Went for a burrito over a bowl. Loved the simple menu structure and the very helpful and cheery service from their employee Stefan. He must be a source of pride for the company. The burrito was class and filling. Exactly what I ordered and it was a thoroughly enjoyable treat.

Shocking, forgot about my order. Initially asked me to wait 10 minutes, waited. Then an abundance of Deliveroo Orders came in which were clearly prioritised. Then waited some more to be told, can I wait another 10 minutes because they forgot about my order. The manager seemed really flustered and didn't appear to be handling the orders too well. Won't be revisiting.
Burrito was honestly the best I have ever had. I'd especially recommend the pork was to die for! Absolutely Excellent Service! The lovely lady serving me helped me set myself up on the rewards scheme, which by the way is a great way to save money, and just was a very pleasant expeirence. I'd highly recommend!!!Food: 5/5
