We come to tortilla a lot as we work in the area and normally it’s great however whenever we are served by the tall young guy with glasses it is always a disaster. From the service to the food. We arrived and he wasn’t doing anything and just stared into space. The other lady working who was already busy came to take the first order - we are a party of two. When he finally decided to serve he decided to throw the rice onto the tortilla whilst making it - then decided to question my choice of fillings. Take a look at the photo to see the end result of what I had to eat - I don’t want to stop coming here as it’s a great lunch nearby but something needs to be done about this
I have been eating here off and on for a few years now and it is one of the best burrito places in London. The place is very clean and tidy. The food is good but it is sometimes hit and miss depending on how busy it is. Every now and then the ingredients you want is missing. It is one of the only places you can find Arizona Iced Tea, which is better than other alternatives.
This is my first ever review but I just have to give youssef his props he is one of the sweetest servers I have ever had amazing service. Give him a raise he makes me want to come backFood: 5/5

Pretty ratty honestly. I stop in here frequently and they always seem drastically understaffed. It takes a while to order regardless of how many people are in line and many core ingredients are either out or clearly have been sitting out for a while see photos. Staff is nice enough but I only have a certain degree of good will when they're scooping up wilted veggies, hours old meat, etc to build my burrito. They also are notably bad at wrapping burritos here leading me to eat mostly everything I get with a fork and a spoon, which certainly isn't the end of the world but some training could certainly go a long way. Overall a pretty ratty food establishment. Again refer to photos.

Honestly the best burrito place in london, staff are really nice and helpful, food is amazing and really filling. Also very clean and tidy, they have options for vegan and vegetarian people which I find quite good and inclusive.Food: 5/5
