Great Sunday lunch. Excellent food, massive portions maybe a bit too much even, good value for money, friendly staff and friendly locals. Quick service even though it was Mother's Day and packed out.
We've just had a Sunday Roast here and it was absolutely delicious. We chose pork from a choice of three meats . The pork was cooked to perfection and is served on a plate along with a Yorkshire pudding and crackling. The rest of the vegetables are served separately and you get a good selection including roast potatoes, peas, carrots, swede, cheesy mash with cabbage and mini potatoes. It also comes with a separate jug of gravy. The staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming. It has a very nice atmosphere.

Popped in for a Sunday roast this past weekend. Phoned up extremely late, but thankfully was still able to be seated. Very generous portions of food. Myself and 3 others couldn't finish all the food. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of cold beverages too, but for me personally, the best Guinness I've had in ages. Thanks again Annie for finding us a table with hardly any notice. Keep up the great work guys.

Absolutely spot on Sunday lunch, so much food, the roast potatoes were excellent, and the staff so nice. The locals should do everything to protect this place
Lovely local pub with fantastic service! Wednesday curry nights and Sunday roasts are very tasty too, portion size are amazing. Annie runs entertainment throughout the year such as quiz nights, discos, bands and also karaoke night too! All staff are welcoming and very helpful
Great pub Me and the wife are not local but we dropped in to the Torrington Arms to watch the footy and we was made to feel like we had been going there for years. The landlady was great and the regulars were very friendly. We loved the place
Lovely, tasty traditional Sunday Lunch served at the Torrington Arms with generous amounts of roast potatoes and vegetables. Vegetarian options too - the Apricot & Nut Roast is delicious. Fantastic, helpful and friendly staff.
Have had a wonderful Sunday Lunch with all the Family, very generous portions, courteous staff and efficiently run bar with nice cold beers. Spotlessly clean, and I would certainly recommend this venue for functions. Thank you Annie and the staff, looking forward to my next visit soon. xx
