I've now been waiting 8 weeks for a purple lid bin, I've put in 2 complaints and have had no response. I was told to contact my local councillor !!!. Seriously bad service.
Disgusting customer service. Switchboard operator, impolite if you do get through to them, one out of four was polite. Employees totally lacking in relevant knowledge.when put through to relevant department had to listen to hideous music for more than 12 minutes without being told why my call wasn’t being answered. Absolutely useless. Definitely not fit for purpose.nGave up and hung up .
I would just like to thank the lady I spoke to today in the Concessionary Transport Section. I think her name was possibly Helen or Ellen. After a tense, long running battle with Transport for Wales..... I spoke to this lady and she managed to resolve the issues which were stopping me from having my bus pass. Thank very much for helping me.
Total shambles and not fit for purpose!nFar too many useless fatcats at the top draining the rescources and no one managing the front line departments..nThis incompetence need to be sorted by a governing public body..nThis is taxpayers money that is funding this shambles.
The whole street have been waiting for over two weeks now for our recycling black bins to be collected council never gets back to you when you report it. Don't even email residents that have the app explaining why collections are not being made. Very poor service, why do we pay council tax?
