Excellent reliable service at all times with extremely friendly and highly professional call handlers and drivers, and with clean and comfortable cars. They send a text to confirm a booking and another to confirm the driver is on their way, and the driver knows the name of the person they are picking up, which is very reassuring for lone female passengers like myself. Would use again and again and have recommended without hesitation. Absolutely brilliant outstanding first class service. Thank you.

I get a taxi with these guys almost every day for work. Friendly drivers, keep me up to date with things. I always use the App and it works perfectly and is really useful. If ever we do ring up, they are really nice. Great banter with them and really great prices!

I never met such an unpleasant taxi phone operator as I spoke today after 15pm. This women was very rude since beginning and she hanged up the phone before I have finished my sentence! Is this how customers are treated in this time? I know is Saturday and no one wants to work but acting like that is not permissible. She definitely needs good manners training!

I VERY STRONGLY ADVISE TO AVOID THIS HORRENDOUS BUSINESS. Unprofessional rude ubrupt verbal abusive arrogant polish male driver who didn't know where he was going when he called himself an experienced taxi driver HA BLOODY HA horrendous hideous telephone operators very cocky and verbal abusive. This horrendous business like to blacklist people who defend themselves from their troubled verbal abusive hideous staff. I see they are brilliant for their bad customer feedback explains their staff mannerism. I NOW EMPLOY 1st Class Cars of Torbay on a regular basis polite friendly unrude and not verbal abusive and who is grateful for my enormous regular custom.

I tried their service to get to Exeter Airport and return two times. Their service was super excellent and their cars were very clean and their treatment was upscale.
