Very helpful staff at this store. Needed some extra assistance in purchasing our tiles and flooring for a bathroom, the team always called back exactly when they said they would, were very responsive and went above and beyond to help us. Really fantastic customer service.

Store brought together required number of tiles from other stores in days, rather than waiting weeks for warehouse availabilty. Great communication from the store manager on what they could do and when ready and loaded into car as well. Great customer service.

Excellent service from Topps Tiles. Jack was very patient with us making a decision. Unfortunately they didn't have enough stock on site but after several phone calls & 20minutes of speaking with different stores, Jack procured the right batch and organised for us to collect them. Definitely worth the 5star rating.
