We popped in here with little to no knowledge of tiling but wanting to tile the kitchen floor. The staff were great and helped us out greatly. Each piece of equipment for each stage of the job was recommended and in the end, it felt like we came out with exactly what we needed. Pointless items of no use were not sold to use and the guy in the store was not pushy at all when selling. It felt very honest. The staff even loaded up the heavy tiles onto a trolley and helped us load the tiles into the car! Fast forward a little bit and we have a completely new kitchen floor. Looks a lot better than the bare concrete that was there before.

Shoppers stay away from this Branch. Spend over £1500 here but Ash has the worse attitude. They don’t charge same prices for items and overcharge customers. They fail to explain how you can save money buy purchasing in bulk. They just want your money and there is no after care service. Spend your hard earned money at Tile Giant who are money customer focus rather than hitting sales targets.
The Osmaston Topps Tiles has always been my go to for tiles and equipment. The staff there are always really knowledgeable and have always given me very competitive prices. I would always recommend them to my clients
Went into derby branch ascot drive and Dan & Dylan tried to unravel my disorganisation. I wanted to return unused goods, but had lost the receipt - yikes ! Then to further top off the problem I’d paid cash AND it was over 60 days ago outside official policy! . Lots of other companies would just show you the door .... If anyone can find a more helpful customer facing pair than these guys then tell me as I want to buy from them .... dead impressed - thanks fellas , both are a credit and asset to Topps Tiles business
Paid various visits to Topps Tiles in order to chose tiles for my water feature. Received great advice from Mike, Ash and especially Dan who gave me great advise and took the time to explained why it was best to use porcelain tiles. They all had good knowledge on the products relevant to my project. Thank you
Bad attitude and service from Derby store manager, go to Burton Topps Tiles and deal with Kirsty the manager she will give you a great customer experience to remember. Derby sent me to Topps Tiles in Tamworth to collect some tiles they didn't have available in Derby. They said they would call and reserve them for me but didn't and when we arrived they had been sold! Also the Derby store had sold me some self leveling bags at a cost of £18 and later I found them for £6.99 at CTD tiles around the corner on Ascot Drive. So I returned the bags and found the ones from CTD so much easier to work with. Be careful at the Derby branch as all they want to do is RIP you off!!
