Fantastic service from start to finish. The team at Topps Tiles Egham are exemplary – if you want to know what great customer service is……….go to Topps Tiles, Ten Acre Lane, Egham. A friendly greeting on entering the store with someone offering to help if required but no pushy assistants! I was looking for a suitable outdoor patio tile. Ayla sorted out some sample tiles for me to take home and even walked them to my car! She also printed out some quotations there and then so I knew the kind of budget I would need. Made several visits to the store; also several ‘phone calls to ask questions and I believe I spoke to Montana who never made me feel like I was asking a ‘silly’ question. On ‘D’ day decision day!, I met with GERGO who is the Manager of the store. I wanted to know more about the pedestal riser for laying tiles. He showed me one and explained how it all worked. Also provided the Topps Tiles video so I could get a better picture. That convinced me so I went with the pedestal risers. My ‘patio fitter’ had never laid slabs with the risers before so he went to speak with Gergo who, once again, was very professional and informative. Once I paid for everything, I was kept fully informed of delivery dates to the store and when we could arrange pick-up. The patio has now been laid and I couldn’t be happier. My patio fitter said it was so much quicker/cleaner and far less work than had he been using cement and grouting. He is so impressed, he’s going to do his patio with the risers! I believe they are a 4-person team at Egham. Another male assistant who I spoke to but can’t remember his name – he was also very helpful and polite. GERGO is the Manager of the Egham branch and he does just that…….manages. He is very knowledgeable/proactive/professional and an all round excellent leader. It reflects well on the team. Anyone who is reading this and thinking about laying tiles indoors or outdoors check out the pedestal risers – you can do so much more if you haven’t got the slabs/tiles glued down. All wiring can go underneath and is easily accessible at anytime in the future. Manhole covers/piping can be accessed. It doesn’t work out much more expensive and is so much cleaner too. A BIG thank you to GERGO and the team at Topps Tiles, Egham.
Fantastic customer service from Gergo, Rishab, Szabi and Montana who helped with my flooring project recently. They were extremely knowledgeable and were so helpful from start to finish, advising on the best way to approach underfloor heating and the materials to use.

Our local topps tiles is wonderful! We usually get served by Gergo who is an absolute gem! Lovely customer service, offers lots of advice and always helpful with loading our Tiles into the car! Would not buy anywhere else because of how pleasant an experience he provides! Deserves a pay rise!!!
