Great palce to have fun day and night here. We had good time with this facility. I suggest air circulation to be improved in restrooms. Smell here was over powering. Small improvements makes facility better.
Nice Morning/Afternoon with friends, great atmosphere and food and drinks were nice to. Recommended to anyone how wants a bit of funny and has no idea what they are doing . All so plenty of people there that did know what they were doing and putting us to shame when we was watching them .
Topgolf in Chigwell is like a hole-in-one for your entertainment needs! This place has got it all: golf, food, drinks, and enough neon lights to make Las Vegas jealous. It's like a combination of a driving range and a games venue, but with less questionable dance moves unless you're really feeling it on the golf course, then go for it. The staff here are all super friendly and helpful, even when you inevitably shank one into the water hazard. And speaking of water hazards, they have those too! It's like a mini golf course on steroids. But the real highlight of Topgolf has to be the food. They have everything from burgers to wraps, and it's all surprisingly delicious. I mean, who knew you could find quality sushi at a golf course? Queues can be long at popular times but you might run into a local celeb.
Really fun and enjoyable for the whole family. Free parking available at front. We booked two booths together. Was amazing as always. The food was hot and nice and yummy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. NHS workers get 50% off on food and games.
Because booked fast track which meant we didn’t have to queue On a Saturday night which worked well. Shame cannot order beers at the bar as you have to have waitress service so waited about 20 mins for a beer. Golf was good. 5 of us 2 games. Luckily we have been before because there was no instruction on how to play or use the score screen.
There was our first time to play golf. I thought it can be easier, unfortunately we spent really nice and fun time. My advice before you go, better book your time. We spent 3 hours for waiting. Was really busy time.
If I was rating this purely on the facility then it would be 4/5 stars no question. However, the way that this place is “run” is beyond a joke. Emailed 9 days before a group of 8 6 players and 2 spectators - one of which requires a wheelchair wanted to head down to play to ask about what can be done to accommodate us as aware it is 6 players per bay. No response to the email and multiple calls made with no answer at least 3 times were on hold for 45+ minutes. You simply cannot get hold of anyone to discuss the visit, confirm accessibility or arrange a booking. Eventually used fast track service which is an additional cost to ensure we would be able to get into a bay quickly and avoid disappointment but needed to confirm that it would be ok for 2 people to sit to the side and just watch. Added this detail into the notes section of the booking asking them to reach out ahead of time to let me know if this was an issue so that we could then look at what can be done. Did not get any contact from them so made the 1hr 30 trip down to Chigwell for the time we booked only to find out that “we don’t look at those notes until you get here as they are handled by a third party” that should really forward on any specific notes that are added and “you can’t have more than 6 people in/at a bay at any one time due to health and safety even if the extra are just sitting out if the way and watching”. Did ask what Health and safety risks there would be sitting behind the bay but no one could give me an answer that wasn’t “just health and safety risks”. Did eventually manage to get a solution in place them hold 2 bays together so that we could all be together after speaking to 4 or 5 different staff members which was frustrating at best. A real shame as once you are in your bay and are playing the games, this is a really cool facility and a lot of fun can be had. Just needs a serious upgrade on the customer device side to avoid frustration before and during the visit. We what’s been saying about going here for ages so remained focused on going down but the unanswered email and phone calls would be more than enough to put plenty of people off of the idea.
Amazing place for the golfers, The games can be a bit pricey and I certainly wish it would be cheaper but I think the fun makes up for it. I enjoy going there with my friends. Everytime I go there its a good experience. Normally queue is very long in weekends, but you can book online aswell. Food and drinks are delicious. Can easily recommend to anyone who just want to spend some time with their friends..
Loved being able to organise a night out. They staff were super friendly and each bay was separated. We had 6 people in our group and there was hardly any room to move around. But it felt safe to take off our masks. I would definitely go again.
Amazing place to enjoy with your friends, I visit frequently here and we have lot of fun all time....
