There are better car washes around! Used them a few times, they always seem to rush the cleaning even if I'm the only car there. The final straw was when my rear badge on the rear of my car was broken off  whilst cleaning. I knew it was fine before I went in because I'd  just put some bags in the boot. There was some yellow lint cloth under the remaining part of the badge. I didn't realise until I got home so there is no point going back because I'd already left the premises. £50

Hi , I took my car to this valeting place and I'm very desapointed with the result today !! I'm a frequent customer normally with the £5 wash because I normally do the interior my self. Now!!! couple days back I said to my wife I'm going to get the car properly clean and so I did took it to top Shine thinking *these guys are great so they will do it * but no ...when they finished the car looked great but when I got home I had to finish it my self because they still had cleaning product running down the main pilar on the inside of the car , they left uncleaned spots on the doors and inside panels, stain on my dashboard, still found rubbish in the door compartment , the boot wasn't whipped down what so ever ( hoovered but not wiped )and there was still Polish on the outside for me too buffer in !!!!! So guys I don't know if it was because your boss wasn't arround or what ever the reason!! It wasn't busy that's for sure !! Just me at 9.30 am !!! I'm very desapointed and until l I have this in my head you lost a customer!!! Sorry

STRESSFULL
  I got the top inside out vallet for £50 and it came out absolutelely awesome, like it rolled off the shop floor. I drove away and because it was so hot in my car i tried to put the window down and found all but one button stopped working in my car, went back very calm and friendly about it, totaly denied and got told "we dont wash down the doors you can check our cameras". 
  Since they started malfunctioning and intermitent working he soon changed to it "might" be when they wipe them down or the thick humidity in the car(from them leaving my heating on to dry before i got back). He basically said wait for it to dry (took two hours of the car running with the heating on full, then a day in the sun with windows down to dry the carpet the next day). Fortunately they started working again late in the week. 

My conclusion- The outside wash was fantastic but the interior process clearly needs improving. I wont be a repeat customer
