Was very happy with my acrylic extension until it came to removal. Not sure on the quality of the acrylic they use as after removal my nails are badly damaged and acrylic didn't soften after 60min plus soaking in acetone after buffing nail varnish off and trimming extensions down.

My first visit was yesterday (4.11.17), Nat was the lady who did my nails. The team are great, nothing is to much trouble. As it was my first time they discussed what would be best for my individual nails. Lovely atmosphere, clean and fantastic staff.  I would definitely recommend .

Been here a few times, the staff are always friendly but seem in a rush. Also, every time I get my nails done (had gels mostly but get acrylics sometimes) they layers of whatever they use are always super thick and look ridiculous. They do as I ask though and get the colour and style spot on, and if you ask for them to use less gel/acrylic and make them thinner they do. Nobody wants to look like they’ve got a snail shell on each fingertip.

The staff are rude and rush their work. They don't do what you ask for, hardly enjoyable.
