I took the first bite of my chicken chowmein and guess what was in my food.. Not a hair... Not a nail.. Not an eyelash.. A sharp metal staple!!! Are you serious!! I've got absolutely no idea how you can even get a staple into the food!! Luckily I didn't swallow it, I got it caught in my back tooth whilst chewing and holy s**t was it painful, but it could have been a lot worse! Really Not Impressed At All!
Love coming here, nice and cosy environment with great quality food. I was served by the staff, who are always very friendly and helpful when it comes to recommending dishes. Would recommend special thanks to the bartender.Food: 5/5
I have read so many good reviews but never really had the opportunity to visit myself so we finally got the chance to visit and I must admit it really does live up to expectations. When we first walked in it felt a bit weird as all the delivery drivers and staff are cooped up at the front in a very narrow corridor which leaves you a bit confused on what is going on, but everyone was super friendly and helped us to our preferred seating area. The setting is absolutely stunning I was really impressed as you just feel relaxed and comforted which was pretty awesome. The food was delicious and came very quick after ordering considering they have a very large selection of dishes, so hats of to the chef as everything we ordered was just simply amazing. Definitely a place me and my wife are going to be visiting more regularly.
I and my fiancée dinned in at this restaurant last week and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was well-disposed. The food was also tasty. In short its a nice place for dine in with your partner specially because of ambiance.
The staff fantastic and attentive, in particular the asain guy in a red jumper who served me and my husband . The food was delicious and what we’ve come to expect from Tootoomoo. I had the Smoked Chicken and if it was double the price I would be happy. Great service, great food, good price. Will be visiting again even though it’s not my local Tootoomoo!
Seated quickly, friendly staff, order, food was quick to arrive and scan bar code to pay with table number, no waiting round to call the server to settle up and receipt is emailed to you.. Easy and efficient! No issues for a branch of a good chain.
My family and I just had dinner at Tootoomoo's and the food was delicious as always. We dined at the Crouch End branch and our waitress was - she gave us excellent customer service as she made sure to check whether we were happy with our food and was very attentive when we needed something. She was very friendly and made our dining experience fantastic!
Ok where do I start...... The staff are amazing, and supper friendly from the first second you come in. The dinning is really pretty and our 2 seated table had a mirror by it with we found usefull. We were comfortable at our table too. The food is so tasty and I love that there are alot of options for vegan and vegetarian options since the mean is not halal there. I first tried the VEGEN Cripsy Miso Tofu and the texter of it was the same as real meat would be. Next I tried the 'Pad Thai' rice noodles which was so yummy. My friend tried the vegetarian dumplings and she said it was amazing but she didn't like the sause it came with salt flavour so we just had it with the soy sauce that is already provided for tou on the table as well as chilly oil, salted soy sause, less salt soy sause and chilli seasoning.
The server was very polite! I enjoyed my dish however my partner didn't fancy the taste of one meals we had but the gentlemen didnt charge us as he didnt eat at all, very understanding and welcoming. Would like to add that the interior was amazing!!
Quality! Excellent produce, beautifully balanced flavours, generous portions, just gorgeous. We got take out and it was perfectly packaged, fresh and delicious. They are careful to make things not too spicy so if you like spice request they ramp it up. You'll spend a few more pounds on each item than most places but you're paying for a reason... Lightyears better than most. If rather pay an extra 5er and have amazing food.
