Staff are a 4/5nno digital system for finding items, like screwfixnprices are very good though, and its such a nice friendly store.
Always a joy to come into branch with such friendly faces! The staff give advice and go out of their way to ensure I have everything needed for my projects around the home. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

Always cheerful, always helpful no matter what time or day it is. Lots of places to choose from in the local area but I go here week in week out because they you don't feel like you are being served by someone who wished they were anywhere but at work. A great team.
Cannot fault the staff at the Worthing Branch but unfortunately our order of four radiators had two damaged - twice!!!nnNot bad enough that we had to return two radiators to the store after we've gone to collect, we then have had to wait for replacements to be delivered only to find they are damaged too.nn5 days delay is not great when you have a plumber booked to install a new central heating system.nn1st customer service rep last week was rude, not interested and just bluntly told us to go back to store and deal with it. 2nd customers service rep today was much better - may have had something to do with me complaining about 1st guy.nnWaited for a call back from a manager to see what they are going to do to rectify this situation... Call back was supposed to be within the hour - they weren't too late and did apologise for delayed response.nnSolution offered was replacement of grills and side panels - acceptable, just frustrating.nnDue to the main damage being on the rear of the two replacement radiators and us having to use them, due to delays we have already encountered and heating system going in, I was offered a £20 credit off my next order. I was very honest and advised that I didn't think there would be an next order... I am now going to have to send an email to another department for them to deal with!! Why is nothing ever simple?nnI can't fault the lady I spoke to this evening although not all replacement parts are in stock but I'm really not happy having to spend yet more time in dealing with this situation.nn***Advise to all***nIf you collect from store check your items thoroughly before you leave.nIf you have a delivery then DO NOT let that delivery driver go until you have checked your items thoroughly.
