The female staff member today at Westwood, was the worse staff member, I have ever met.nGenerally I find Toolstation excellent.nThere was 4 people in the store, I was third inline.nThe guy serving customer rang the bell to help.nThe lady came out served customer 2, then promptly served customer 4.nThen walked off.nThe other guy serving called her back, to be told I was standing in the wrong place !nFinally got served to note the tool I had ordered was wire strippers & not the snippers.nAgain she walked off, I protested to the other guy, still serving that, the product was not the item I had ordered.nThe lady came back again, to tell me I was standing at the wrong checkout !nI told her the product was not, what I had ordered, to be made to feel it was my fault.nEventually she trooped off and come back with the correct item.nIf this was my first sale, I would not going back again.nFortunately I do a lot of sales at Westwood & Herne Bay, and generally staff are excellent.
I’ve been going to this store for many years the staff are absolutely amazing , but the manager “Vicky” is patronising and abrupt and talks down to you like a little kid …. I walked in the store and I see her talking to another colleague saying to “Watch him “ meaning mennThere was other people in the store and I brought it up straight away with all the other customers in the store as I see her point her eyes over at mennWhen questioned about this , she denied it and said it was another customer that come in and shortly left afternnI know this is untrue , because another member of staff said it was directed at me.nnTracey , Peter , Callum , Cheryl & Mel are exceptional with there customer service and considering I’m a regular at Tool station I would much rather any of the staff mentioned above to be promoted to manager instead of Vicky
I was told by work colleagues to try out Tool Station in Westwood Cross, rather then my other outlets which I always used. I couldn’t believe how much better this place was. They sell the same stuff as all the other stores at a competitive price which is good. By far though, which really stood out to me, is the customer service! I go there now for everything. I’ve have 4 different staff help me and everyone of them are willing to help above and beyond. I give this place 5 stars, I would give them 10 if I could. Hope this helps
Every single time I order something to collect from this branch there's just one person on the tills serving and everyone else can be heard talking behind the scenes somewhere. I've spent more time here waiting for staff to appear than actually doing the job! Don't bother if you want something in a hurry.
