Excellent customer service by a lovely lady. Went for tv bracket and radiators accessories. Lady was very Helpful and gave me more options to choose better items. She was welcoming good customer service attitude and approach with helpful manner. So will revisit again for future needs.

Unfortunately great choice and face to face service is drastically let down by the fact that you can no longer call the store directly to track your orders and are instead offered an app, a Web link or a long and drawn out automated call and ages on hold. While I can see that this may streamline business, it also acts as a platform for forced marketing and takes a lot away from otherwise great customer service.
I went into Toolstation today to open a new customer account for Romsey Primary School where I am the site manager. I was served by Kahla, she was extremely helpful and made the whole process very easy, I placed quite a large order and the items that were not in stock were ordered and would be delivered to the store for me to pick up the following day! What a fantastic service! Karl and Robyn were also extremely helpful and helped me out to my van with my purchases whilst still observing the social distancing rules. I would always recommend Toolstation as a company and have been using them for over 16 years now. I have always had fast, efficient service from Toolstation, but I gave to say that today my experience in store was particularly great and of course everything in store is far cheaper than any of their competitors and all products are always of a high standard and great quality despite being low priced. Well done Kahla, Karl and Robyn.
Had what I needed locally. Ordered late Saturday and email came through before store opening time On Sunday. Great stock. Khala and Matt were great, good social distance, friendly and helpful with my questions. Better parking than the competition over the road.
Excellent service as is usual for this franchise. Unfortunately the battle of maintaining stock in current climate is noticeable. Out of stock on quite a few products
All the team at Toolstation are fantastic! Robin, Karl, Kayla and Matt need a special mention. They are so helpful and go above and beyond with their customer service. Robin really kindly picked though a bunch of plumbing connections to work out what they were for me - this is the kind of customer service that really matters. Brilliant staff team that keep me coming back.
Always a plesent trip to toolstation. Helpful staff and products are cheaper than screwfix abd normally the same brand.
