Ian helped me out massively by sorting me a shovel to do my fence this weekend even though he said it was on a split delivery and I wouldn't have got it normally.nnPlease give this man a raise, most the time I would have just lost out.nnhe also said he would try and refund my original spade without me having to ring up.nnTotal legend !
I recently visited Toolstation and had a great experience. The store was well-stocked, and the prices were competitive compared to other suppliers. The ordering process was smooth, and I was able to collect my items quickly.nnA big shoutout to Ian and Liv, who were incredibly helpful. Ian went out of his way to make sure I found exactly what I needed, offering expert advice on the best tools for my project. Liv was friendly and efficient at the counter, making the checkout process seamless. It’s always nice to be served by staff who genuinely care about customer service.
