The best customer service I've ever had. I unknowingly ordered something to the isle of wight like a plonker, and the chap behind the till figured that out, and arranged the cross charge, and gave me my tool within around 2 minutes, and made it look effortless. I was stunned! Please allow your staff to work part time for the NHS too and the waiting lists will be down to 1 min in no time. Visited 14-05-22, 2 chaps in store need a payrise!

Very unhelpful staff. Would not issue a refund/credit for an item as it was slightly over the 30 days they allow, but in current climate of no unnecessary travel, and people having to isolate including tradesmen! I felt this should have been relaxed for a credit note at least. No joy from shop staff, and customer services were just as unhelpful. I will use screwfix from now on.
Needed a small item on Saturday. Ordered and paid for online and picked up just a few minutes later. Covid-19 distancing measures in place to keep us and the staff safe. Could not wish for speedier, friendlier or more efficient service - and the price was brilliant also. Well done Toolstation!
Shot over there today for a click and collect on a Bosch grinder after mine died half way through a job, best price on the net and a mile from my house. I had no idea it was up there! Definitely added to my list of useful local places. Staff were friendly and efficient, it also looked very well presented inside from what I saw. Thanks again guys
