They had what I needed in stock. Service was efficient as I ordered online for collection. Not a great deal else to say. They did what was expected. Nothing more, nothing less.
Toolstation; Prices are competitive and there's parking to the front of the store. The staff are super friendly and very helpful, my only issue was the amount of time I had to wait before being served. One struggling member of staff and a queue of people outside the store tells me they need more staff. Certainly at busier times, adapt and get more staff at the serving desk! I thought I was being harsh but having read other reviews I'm not the first or only person to have experienced this. Otherwise all good.
Great service. Being a woman it's often difficult trying to get what I need from a from a shop like this but Chris was so helpful ensuring I got what I needed. Will definitely shop here again and recommend it to my neighbours.
Unlike a few Karen's that have previously reviewed this establishment, I believe the service is nothing short of spectacular. No matter how busy or understaffed they are, they go out of their way for each and every customer. There may be one colleague that would probably be better off working for a telesales company, regardless there are zero issues at any given time. I would highly recommend purchasing from this brilliant store.
